Financial well-being is about more than your net worth. It’s also about how well you sleep at night and how much you enjoy your money. In this talk, Dr. Sarah Newcomb, Director of behavioral Science at Morningstar, will define financial health as the combination of economic stability and emotional well-being with respect to one’s finances. She will then discuss four mental factors associated with financial well-being, and how they can impact one’s financial and emotional bottom line. Participants will learn how to assess themselves in these four areas, and simple techniques they can use to improve their own financial mindset and quality of life.
